No Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been prepared and served. If there are any issues with your meal, please inform a manager immediately.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • In-Restaurant Orders: Cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed and preparation has begun.
  • Online/Phone Orders: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 10 minutes of placing the order and before preparation starts.
  • Event/Private Dining Reservations: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
