Both the current dinner menu and the current lunch menu at Da Nico Ristorante say the same thing: whole wheat and gluten-free pasta is available upon request for a $4 additional charge. That is the entire gluten-free statement in the capture. The pages do not say the kitchen is dedicated gluten-free, do not list which pastas can be made that way, and do not mention a separate gluten-free menu.

On the lunch menu, Rigatoni alla Vodka and Fettuccine Alfredo are $19. The same $4 note appears under the lunch pasta section.

Catering pasta trays, including Rigatoni Vodka at $70 for a half tray and $95 for a full tray, are listed on the catering page. Those tray prices do not mention gluten-free pasta.
